Instead of 'waffling on', i'll let these fresh raspberry waffles speak for themselves!

Makes 2 8" waffles
For this recipe you will need:
1 egg white
1 cup plain or all purpose flour
1tsp baking powder
150ml skimmed milk (or milk alternative)
Handful of fresh or frozen raspberries
Method:
1) Before you start on your waffle mixture, make sure that you turn on your waffle maker to allow it to heat up (start on a medium heat)!
2) In a bowl, combine the flour, baking power, milk and egg white.
3) After the mixture is fully combined, throw in your raspberries and give them a quick stir!
4) Your waffle maker should be heated through now, so it's time to spray on some low calorie oil.
5) Spoon half of the waffle mixture onto the bottom plate of the waffle maker (make sure that the mixture is even before closing the lid).
6) Allow to cook through for 2-3 minutes on medium before turning your heat up for an extra 2 minutes to crisp the waffle.
7) Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you run out of mixture.
7) Serve with the toppings of your choice!
Tip: If you cut the waffle into quarters and freeze it in a sandwich bag, you can pop them in the toaster the next day for an easy breakfast!
